Terms & Conditions — 44bk Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 44bk website, mobile interface, betting products, casino games, and any related services provided by 44bk (collectively, "the Platform"). Access to the Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision set out herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

44bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of 44bk following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated materials (if any are provided) and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

By creating a 44bk account you also confirm that: (a) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (b) the funds you deposit originate from a legitimate source; (c) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; and (d) all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

The 44bk platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform. 44bk operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to register and use 44bk:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close relative of any such person employed by 44bk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion request previously submitted to 44bk.
• You have not previously had a 44bk account closed for misconduct, fraud, or a terms violation.

44bk reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period of being asked, 44bk will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites. 44bk accepts no liability for any losses incurred by a minor who has gained access to the Platform without the knowledge of their parent or guardian.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each individual may register only one account on 44bk. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 44bk uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 44bk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification code with any third party. 44bk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify the 44bk support team at [email protected] immediately.

Before processing your first withdrawal, 44bk will request identity verification documents as part of our KYC procedure. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence) and, in some cases, proof of your registered address. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

44bk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and the current operational status of each payment provider.

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 44bk, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 44bk account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 4 hours depending on the sending institution and time of day. 44bk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 44bk finance team during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 4 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. 44bk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate. 44bk will not be liable for any funds sent to an incorrect account number, mobile number, or bank account as a result of player error. Requests to reverse or redirect misdirected payments cannot be guaranteed.

44bk reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal transaction. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the transaction being held pending further review.

44bk periodically offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. Each promotion will have its own set of specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including the bonus amount or percentage, qualifying deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms and will not be concealed in footnotes or secondary documents.

The following general rules apply to all 44bk bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 44bk reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility to any player who shows a pattern of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, making low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or using automated betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without first meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is fully met, 44bk reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the promotional period specified will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 44bk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-offer, 44bk will take reasonable steps to communicate the change to affected players.

Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) — are available to all eligible active players. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms described above unless their specific promotion page states otherwise.

44bk maintains the integrity of its platform and the fairness of its games by enforcing strict conduct standards across all accounts. The following conduct is prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to deposit funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the 44bk platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds from any unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market. This includes sharing hand information in live card games or agreeing to fix the outcome of sports matches being bet on.
• Automated Betting and Bots: Using software, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human action at every step. All betting activity must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error may be voided at 44bk's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value in a way that circumvents the spirit and terms of a promotion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately made on the Platform. Accounts where chargebacks are detected will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at 44bk staff or other platform users through any support or community channel.

44bk monitors all accounts and transactions for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are detected, 44bk may freeze an account, request further documentation, or permanently close the account and refer the matter to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 44bk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a matter of priority. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Enforced Suspension: 44bk may suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances: a suspected breach of these Terms; a payment dispute or chargeback being raised; a request from a payment provider, financial institution, or law enforcement authority; or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity. During a suspension, access to the account — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — will be restricted pending investigation.

Permanent Closure for Breach: Where an investigation concludes that a player has materially breached these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or the use of prohibited automation tools — 44bk reserves the right to permanently close the account and, where the breach involved financial misconduct, forfeit any balance held in the account. 44bk will provide written notification of a permanent closure decision via the player's registered email address.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). 44bk will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormant account policies, including any applicable administrative fees, will be communicated clearly to the account holder before they take effect.

44bk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, delays, or technical failures. 44bk will not be liable for any losses suffered as a direct result of Platform downtime, game interruption, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44bk's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

44bk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings — even if 44bk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 44bk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

By using the 44bk platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your gambling activity. 44bk encourages all players to set personal deposit and loss limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and 44bk that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process should be submitted to the support team at [email protected] in the first instance.
